RegIQ supports compliance judgment. It does not replace it.
Last updated: July 15, 2026. These terms are written for clarity. They are not a substitute for legal advice about your specific institution, products, services, jurisdictions, or regulatory obligations.
1. Nature of the service
RegIQ is an AI-assisted regulatory compliance workflow tool. It helps users digest regulatory text, organize requirements, map obligations to building blocks, prepare gap registers, review dashboards, and monitor selected sources through Horizon scan workflows.
RegIQ outputs, including requirements, building blocks, dashboard insights, Horizon alerts, gap assessments, risks, controls, monitoring points, remediation actions, documentation prompts, and CSV exports are informational and operational support only. They are not legal advice, regulatory advice, assurance, certification, or a determination of compliance.
2. Your responsibility
- Use professional judgment before relying on any output.
- Verify every material conclusion against the official regulatory source.
- Consult legal counsel, compliance leadership, risk management, audit, or other qualified advisors where appropriate.
- Assess applicability based on your entity type, jurisdiction, products, services, customers, controls, risk appetite, and governance model.
- Do not treat generated outputs as complete, final, or regulator-approved.
3. AI-assisted outputs
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, or over-inclusive.
- Source links and extracts may require manual verification.
- Horizon scans may miss updates where official sources are inaccessible, changed, blocked, delayed, or unavailable.
- Dashboards and alerts are decision-support tools, not a compliance opinion.
4. Privacy notice
RegIQ collects account information such as email address, name, position, organization, authentication status, consent records, usage limits, and payment entitlement status. When you use the service, RegIQ may process regulatory text, user prompts, generated outputs, saved digest history, dashboard data, library selections, Horizon watchlists, and gap assessment notes.
Do not submit highly confidential, privileged, personal, customer, employee, account, payment, health, or institution-sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and have assessed whether the use is appropriate for your organization.
RegIQ uses third-party service providers for authentication, AI processing, hosting, and payment processing. These providers may process information as needed to deliver the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored by RegIQ.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse RegIQ, attempt to bypass access controls, submit unlawful content, attack the service, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use the service to produce misleading claims of legal or regulatory compliance.
6. Payment and access
Professional features require an active paid entitlement unless you are an approved creator/admin account. Subscription terms, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and invoices are handled through the payment flow and applicable Stripe checkout or billing portal terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
RegIQ is provided to support workflow efficiency and compliance analysis. It does not guarantee that any requirement has been fully identified, interpreted, implemented, monitored, remediated, or evidenced. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegIQ disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and regulatory acceptance.
